Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and despatched within 2 to 4 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive notifications when your order has been shipped and delivered.

SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping to various destinations around the world through our shipping partners. Local and international delivery times range from next-day delivery up to 5 to 7 days from date of dispatch.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Deliveries are made according to the shipping schedules of the courier company carrying your order on working/business days at the destination country.

SHIPPING RATES AND FEES

Shipping fees and charges may vary during the year, based on your destination. Your order shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Zuzaz.me may, from time to time, choose to offer free shipping to your destination. Free shipping may be offered on orders above and beyond a stipulated order total.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zuzaz.me is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 to 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs@zuzaz.me with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
